6. Data Retention
GeoIntelX retains your data for as long as you are an active user of the Platform, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, establish and defend legal claims, and enforce our agreements. GeoIntelX operates globally and hosts its infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, which may be located outside your jurisdiction.
