GeoIntelX, a global leader in AI-powered geospatial intelligence, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, establishing a framework to explore the application of artificial intelligence and advanced digital technologies to geological data management and analysis.

The cooperation focuses on digitizing, structuring, and analyzing geological and subsurface data, with the goal of transforming legacy information into actionable intelligence that can support exploration, monitoring, and decision-making across Kazakhstan’s energy sector.

Under the Memorandum, the parties will collaborate on:

  • Exploring AI-driven projects for geological data management and analysis

  • Applying advanced digital solutions to geological exploration workflows

  • Knowledge exchange and capacity building, including training and skills development related to AI and data analytics

“This cooperation reflects a shared understanding that geological data is not just historical information, but a strategic national asset,” said Gilad Hoshen, CEO of GeoIntelX. “By applying AI and geospatial intelligence, countries can unlock value from existing data, strengthen institutional capabilities, and enable smarter, faster decisions across the energy value chain.”
